George McQuilken, Chief Executive Officer George McQuilken previously served as founding CEO of four companies, including Security Dynamics (now RSA Security). Mr. McQuilken has expertise in product development that includes both theory and practice. As editor of the IBM Systems Journal, he published many of the seminal papers on software management, measurement, and quality. Products developed under his direction include: an Electronic Post Office developed for the Canadian Government; the SecureID security token; a complete virtual machine operating system; an Internet-enabling networking subsystem; an advanced software code analyzer; a metrics methodology for measuring program maintenance activity; the first high-throughput ETHERNET attachment for IBM mainframes; and a mainframe-compatible distributed processor. Mr. McQuilken currently serves on the board of directors of NETdelivery Corporation and of TruExchange. He is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for APEX Investment Fund IV, a $150 million venture fund formed in 1999. Mr. McQuilken is chairman of the Advisory Board for the CambridgeLight Internet Incubator and related venture fund. He is one of the five founders of the eCoast Angels Network. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr. McQuilken held a number of management, marketing, and technical positions during a sixteen-year career with IBM. He is a member of the IEEE and ACM. Mr. McQuilken received a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Michael Fertik, President & Founder Michael Fertik helped launch BrandStamp, a leading online product registration service, in 1999. He was an integral force in the early formation of the company and helped shape their focus and product specification. Mr. Fertik has taught at Harvard University and has worked as a lobbyist in the anti-tobacco lobby. He is a published author on numerous topics and has served as assistant director of Fairfield County ACT!, a non-profit trust with notable experience in state-level legislative advocacy. Mr. Fertik is a member of the board of directors of TruExchange. Mr. Fertik received a B.A. from Harvard University. |

Noah Lehmann-Haupt, Chief Strategy Officer & Founder Noah Lehmann-Haupt comes from a practical background in financial and information technology. He worked on the trading floor of the Equity Derivatives Group at J.P. Morgan in New York City, where he developed a sophisticated data analysis tool for option volatility surfaces. While at Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America Securities), Mr. Lehmann-Haupt designed and implemented a complete portfolio management process. He also spent time at the Asset Management arm of Lazard Frères. In 1995, Mr. Lehmann-Haupt developed and started NumisNet, the first specialty online auction site on the World Wide Web devoted to rare coins. He has worked on a variety of cutting-edge projects at MIT's well-known Media Lab, including development of a CD-ROM complement to the Internet World's Fair. Mr. Lehmann-Haupt received a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Raefer Gabriel, Chief Technical Officer & Founder Raefer Gabriel comes from an intense academic and software development background. He worked as a securities analyst at Oracle Partners, L.P., a New York-based biotechnology hedge fund, and has served as project manager and lead developer of several large-scale programming projects at the Strang Cancer Research Center. Most recently, Mr. Gabriel was an instrumental member of an MIT Media Lab team pursuing innovative design in quantum computing. He also has extensive architectural experience and is a published expert on XML technologies. Mr. Gabriel concentrated in both physics and computer science as an undergraduate and received a B.A. from Harvard University. |

Steve Moreland, Vice President of Sales Steve Moreland has over 15 years of experience in sales of software products and services. He has consistently achieved extraordinary sales goals and has generated over $60 million in sales during his career. Most recently, Mr. Moreland served as area vice president for Authoria where he managed sales representatives from eight different regional divisions. In less than two years, he helped increase Authoria's revenue by 425%. Previous to Authoria, Mr. Moreland served as regional director for Parametric Technology Corp. At Parametric he was recognized as the leading regional director worldwide and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Mr. Moreland received a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts. |

Mark Connolly, Vice President of Services Mark Connolly joins TruExchange with 20 years experience managing complex technology integration projects - many for high stakes with no margin for error: managing recovery from environmental disasters; protecting the flying public's safety; speeding delivery of vital medical information to caregivers and protecting national and individual information sources to ensure trust and security. Prior to TruExchange, Mr. Connolly served as VP of Professional Services and Knowledge Transfer for Baltimore Technologies providing a global client base with advanced IT security solutions and integration services. Mark also held a number of technology services management roles for Siemens AG, Computer Task Group, the Federal Aviation Administration and ENSR and GCA, both international environmental engineering consulting firms. Bob Thomas, Vice President of Engineering Bob Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in the delivery of highly successful and complex software and hardware products. Prior to TruExchange, Mr. Thomas served at both Stratus Computer and Ascend Communications. In his early career with Stratus Computer, Mr. Thomas was hardware engineering project manager and corporate program manager for several generations of high-end fault tolerant servers, including the introduction of the first RISC-based computer architectures in the history of Stratus Computer. Mr. Thomas received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University. |

Gerard Kiley, Director of Business Development Gerard Kiley has more than 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry. He has significant experience in building System/Network Integration and consulting organizations, developing marketing programs, and solution sales. Most recently Mr. Kiley served ten years at Siemens, where as Director of Business Development he ran the Network Integration Services Group. He has substantial experience building and running business development teams, and he has repeatedly grown annual revenues in his groups from start-up figures to more than $10 million. Mr. Kiley has significant experience in fostering start-ups, and in making them thrive. In 1984 he co-founded Language Technology, Inc. and successfully raised venture financing from Citicorp. He was also part of the founding team of Security Dynamics (now RSA Security), where he developed and implemented dynamic marketing and a direct sales plan. Mr. Kiley received both a B.A. and a M.S. degree from Boston College. |
